How to buy meat from us: We have an email list of people who are interested in buying meat from us. We send out quarterly newsletters on what is going on at the farm. The Newsletters also include links to the order forms for Wagyu Beef, Heritage Pork and Icelandic Lamb. We do two batched of pigs each year. One in the summer and one in the winter. We harvest lamb in the fall and the beef are usually harvested early to late summer. If you would like to be on our email list, let us know by sending emails to the contact email above.
